The luxury development will comprise one, two and three bed apartments across a 19 storey building overlooking the creative and digital destination, the Quays and the Manchester city centre skyline.
Many of the high specification apartments, ranging from 435sqft for a one bed studio to 1029sqft for a three bed apartment, will feature generous balconies and floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the stunning views across its unique location.
Stephen Wild, Managing Director of MediaCityUK said: “Lightbox will bring an exciting addition to the residential offering at MediaCityUK and is already attracting interest from investors and owner occupiers alike. The light, airy contemporary style makes the apartments extremely attractive and coupled with the fact they are on the doorstep of some of the UK’s biggest sporting and media attractions such as the BBC, Coronation Street and Manchester United, it only adds to their appeal.”
“MediaCityUK is directly linked to the Metrolink and has great amenities including bars, restaurants, shops, a gym, cinema, together with the award winning Lowry Theatre, giving residents plenty of choice and convenience.”
Lightbox residents will benefit from a full concierge service, car parking spaces as well as bike storage facilities.
The Lightbox development is expected to be completed in early 2019, with prices starting at £134,000.
