Victorian Christmas Fayre comes to Lowry Outlet
Lowry Outlet, MediaCityUK is bringing the spirit of Christmas to Manchester this festive season, with its brand new Victorian Christmas Fayre running from Thursday 24th – Sunday 27th November, in partnership with The Makers Market.
Taking place across the open-air Plaza area, and along the waterfront, the FREE to enter Victorian Christmas Fayre will be the highlight of the shopping season with over 100 fabulous festive stalls selling seasonal food and drink and unique gifts and crafts.
There will also be a host of activities for the whole family to enjoy with merry entertainment including live music from a host of performers, a traditional carousel and traditional funfair games. There will also be Victorian street entertainment on the illuminated Plaza.
Lowry Outlet Centre Manager Kelly Hurst, said: “We are very excited to be able to host our first Victorian Christmas Fayre in collaboration with The Makers Market, who are renowned for delivering the very best in artisan produce. We will be showcasing a whole host of festive activities across the four days; with something for everyone to enjoy, it is an event not to be missed!”

The family fun begins from Saturday 12th November, with Lowry Outlet’s Christmas launch event of The Nutcracker Trail, which consists of an enchanted trail of giant wooden Nutcracker dolls around the centre throughout the festive period, until Saturday 31st December. Young visitors are invited to find all ten Nutcracker dolls around the centre for the chance to win an annual family pass to Merlin Attractions.
The celebrations will continue at the Magical Makers Market; a festive market that comes to Lowry Outlet from December 16th -18th. Boasting the finest seasonal produce from around the country and even further afield, the Magical Makers Market brings festive cheer for all the family, with its wonderful Christmas finds, magical characters and twinkling lights.
Lowry Outlet has an extensive collection of high street and designer labels at up to 70% off, across the Outlet’s 80 stores and restaurants. Throughout the festive period there will be a selection of retailer offers available for shoppers. New stores include Toytown, Bench, M&S Outlet, which join Next Outlet, Clarks Outlet, Gap Outlet and many more. And after a long day shopping, head to Lowry Outlet’s Vue Cinema and catch the latest film, or enjoy dinner out at one of the restaurants, including Lime, Pizza Express, Bella Italia and Nando’s. Lowry Outlet is Manchester’s only outlet shopping centre, located in the heart of MediaCityUK, Manchester’s stunning waterfront destination.
